The Spring Classic (Classicissima di Primavera ) is coming up and for edition 2013 there’s a novelty, the Milan-San Remo will take place on Sunday March 17th , the race has been moved by the organizers for the first time from Saturday to Sunday.
The Milan-San Remo is a bike race that can count over a hundred editions, one of the biggest cycle classics and one of the one-day races mostly followed by passionates of this sport.
The departure from Milan on Sunday morning will see the descent to the Riviera, the covering of 298km of roads and the toughest part will be faced just in the province of Imperia with the climbs of Cipressa and Poggio, last bastion before tackling the descent towards the mythical finishing line which even for 2013 will be on the Promenade Italo Calvino, between the palm trees and the sea.

Joan Mirò lived from 1893 to 1983, the works in exhibition cover a time period between 1908 and 1981, over seventy years as a protagonist of one of the most complicated European period from a human and historical point of view.
The works by Mirò in exhibition are works that have never reached Italy, among these we find 50 large-format oil paintings, terra cotta, bronze scultures, water colors. Particular importance is given to the works created by Mirò in the thirties, where he past the last part of his life in Majorca, in the Balearic Islands.

Sanremoinfiore 2013 chosed as this year’s theme “l’uomo nello spazio” (man in space), the floats participating will be 10, each belonging to a municipality of the province of Imperia: Golfo Dianese ” A spasso nel tempo”, Riva Ligure “Allunaggio!!! Ar…riva (Ligure) Buzz Lightyear”, Bordighera “Apollo 10″, Ventimiglia “Aspettando il ritorno”, Taggia “Avatar”, Santo Stefano al mare “Futurama”, Dolceacqua “Liguri nello spazio”, Seborga “Alla conquista di nuovi pianeti“, Ospedaletti “Passeggiata …tra i pianeti”, Vallecrosia “Verso l’infinito e oltre”.
The floats, completely decorated with the flowers of the Flower Rivier, will parade along the Calvino Promenade, Piazzale Dapporto, ex Railway Station, cycle path parallel to Via Nino Bixio reaching Vittorio Veneto Gardens.
Sanremoinfiore will take place from 10.00 to 13.30 and the event will be broadcasted by channel Rai 1 during the TV program Linea Verde.

The Coté d’Azur is the natural geographic extension of the Flower Riviera, a place where it’s Spring all year long, facing the sea and blessed with a mild climate and lots of sunsine.
Therefore the location is perfect for the growth and development of flowers and plants of all kinds, countless are the gardens and the parks that dot the towns of this Southern strip of France.
We begin our tour with the Gardens of Villa Kérylos , situated at Beaulieu sur Mer, the Villa is the accurate reconstruction of a building of ancient Greece, surrounding the villa there’s a lovely garden full of plants of the Mediterranean maquis: vineyards, olive trees, carobs, myrtle, laurel sided by payrus and palm trees. The propriety romantically overlooks the Gulf of Cap Ferrat.
Continuing our trip among the fragrants of the Mediterranean maquis, we’ll visit the Gardens and the Renoir Propriety in Cagnes sur Mer, which in 1907 Auguste Renoir, master of Impressionism, decided to purchase it and spent the last years of his life in the midst of olive trees and other centuries old plants.
