It’s an elegant and original vegetarian menu the one proposed by the Nyala Suite Hotel for Thursday Dec. 15 in occasion of a pleasant dinner with Libereso Gugliemi.

The dinner, with a cost  of 34 Euro, includes the following menu:

  • polenta with ragu of honey mushrooms
  • quenelle of eggplants with greek yogurt
  • mousse of mushrooms with spinach and cottage cheese
  • perls of cheese with Treviso radicchio and honey
  • tofu crepes with mushrooms and Taggia olives
  • risotto with saffron whipped with red cow butter and buffala mozzarella
  • croquettes of semolina and eggs in green sauce with cabbage flan
  • cottage cheese cake
  • elight of rennet apples

Beverages are included: natural and sparkling Lurisia mineral water , Rossese DOC Calvini and Vermentino Doc Calvini. Coffee will be served at the table. In this occasion the Libereso Gugliemi Calendar 2012 will be presented, edited by the publishing house Zem  (www.edizionizem.com) with the presence of Claudio Porchia. This is an original desk calendar where all the beauty and the variety of the vegetarian world beloved by Libereso comes out , which includes not only the introduction of wild herbs and flowers in everyday dishes but also a great attention towards the calendar and the alternation of the seasons. Moreover, you can visit the exhibition of water colors and drawings created by Liberesi Gugliemi and inspired by nature, which is still in progress at the Art Rooms of  the Nyala Suite Hotel ( the exhibition is curated by Dr.Giorgia Cassini).
