A strong bond exists between the city of Sanremo and the musician Pippo Barzizza who chose the “City of the Flowers”
as his home after enjoying national and international success. In fact the artist lived in the city for more than 40 years.
He was born in Genoa in May 1902 and he displayed his musical talent from an early age as he began playing the violin
when he was not much more than a toddler.
